Conflict with Family Member

Some of you won't agree with this, but my brother-in-law is the person I despise. This guy doesn't have enough common sense to know what he is supposed to do with a car that has a flat tire. I feel like he is just naturally stupid. I will not get along with him anytime he speaks. Talking to him is like talking to a brick wall, there is no conversation there. He spends his money on other things and he has kids and bills to pay, but when it comes to pay the bills he cant find the money to pay them. He asks my parents to help, and they have their own bills to worry about.
